The Ginny Kidwell Amphitheatre at Dogwood Park seats 400 with room for lawn chairs and blankets.  The Park hosts the Summer Concert Series and features a walking bridge around
a cattail pond.  The Park is located behind Tusculum View Elementary School, 1725 Lafayette Street.

The 10,000 square-foot park features challenging obstacles such as stairs, ledges, ramps, rails, boxes and a bowl area. The design  appeals to every style of skater and all skill levels. Registration and admittance to the park is free, but skaters must register with the Parks & Recreation office, sign a waiver and be issued an identification card. The 55-acre park features a public outdoor pool, picnic areas, six pavilions, two playgrounds, a large fishing pond, five ball fields, and basketball, volleyball and tennis courts.  Pavilions can be rented at a cost of $10 per hour.

Kinser Park is located on the Nolichuckey River and offers, putt-putt golf, water slide, fishing (license required), softball fields, batting cages, horseshoe pits, and trails. The park also offers family vacation packages, picnics,  pavilions, private special events and festivals and entertainment. All visitors can enjoy these recreational opportunities. There is a fee for some activities and some have specific hours.

Mustang Alley Riding Stables has 55 acres dedicated to hourly rides, and visitors can ride on the Cherokee National Park horse trails during the all day rides. Horses are available for beginners and more experienced riders. Call for appointment.
